The ideal candidate must have gentle hands capable of petting and stroking cats for long periods of time. They need to be softly spoke and capable of cat whispering to calm the nerves of some of our in patients. An ability to understand different types of purring is a distinct added advantage in helping you secure this position with us.
If it sounds too good to be true, you would be wrong. The clinic, which is a "cats-only" veterinary hospital, is committed to making sure that cats, who often respond badly to unfamiliar and stressful situations, are as calm and happy as possible when they visit the vets, or stay in the attached cattery.

That's where the Cat Cuddler comes in. The theory is that whichever lucky candidate gets the job will be there to comfort the feline patients by giving them lots of individual attention and loving pats.Presumably, they'll be paid in purrs and the love of lots of contented cats, along with their salary! What more could any cat-lover want?
