Scooby, a 16-year-old Cocker Spaniel, had the most wonderful Christmas at the beginning of December, even if he celebrated a little early, reports The Dodo.

Scooby suffered from blindness, deafness and dementia, and needed to be carried during his walks, because he didn't have the strength to get around by himself. The animal was coming to the end of his full life. The Bradshaw family, Scooby's humans, decided to offer him one last Christmas present before saying goodbye.

The dog loved spending time with his family and hated being apart from them. Molly even had to cut short her vacation to the United States with her family at the beginning of the month to return as quickly as possible to see Scooby.

Knowing that the little Cocker Spaniel, whose health was extremely fragile, most likely wouldn't live until Christmas, Molly asked the rest of her family to return home from their travels to celebrate one last Christmas with him in advance. They decorated the house, followed by Scooby who didn't leave their sides.
