Since Manuel's death, his family has visited his grave every Sunday. And every Sunday, there is Capitán. The faithful canine does come home with them sometimes, but always returns to the cemetery to be next to his departed human by nightfall.The people who work at the graveyard are used to seeing Capitán strolling through the headstones, tail wagging. Director Hector Baccega has even seen employees regularly feeding him. Unsurprisingly, everybody loves the heartwarming hound:
During the day he sometimes has a walk around the cemetery, but always rushes back to the grave. And every day, at six o’clock sharp, he lies down on top of the grave and stays there all night.
