This Adorable Shelter Cat Adores Her New Sister

By

In a tail of beautiful feline friendship, Pearl and Cheyenne, two cats adopted from a shelter together, are just like sisters, even though they're not related, writesLoveMeow.

Young woman Amy, from Las Vegas, Nevada, first adopted Pearly from Nevada SPCA. Her first cat, Jenny, wasn't very interested in the new arrival and she was desperate for a friend, so Amy decided to adopt a third cat, so that Pearl would have a playmate. She fell for Cheyenne at the same shelter she'd found Pearl. The little kitten hated being shut in a cage and immediately made a beeline for Amy, rubbing up against her and purring deeply.

The moment Pearl and Cheyenne met, they got on. Cheyenne started to follow her new big sister everywhere she went and, as Amy told LoveMeow, their bond was as strong as could be:

After a couple days they were playing a bunch and after a few weeks they were snuggling together and giving each other baths.

We can see how much these kitties love each other on their Instagram, @pearlandcheyenne. They eat fro the same bowl, sleep together and find comfort in each other every day.
