Beating him with a stick, kicks, punches... the man trapped his dog on the balcony and brutalized him for everyone to see. Revolted by the horror of the scene, a neighbor, called Sabine* to protect her identity, did everything she could to come to the animal's aid.

"From my window, I begged him to stop"

"I tried several times to get this man to stop by calling out, but it didn't work. From my window, I begged him to stop. Seeing the man continue these acts, I took my phone and I filmed it,"she explainedto30 Millions d'Amis. From the extremely painful images that Sabine managed to capture, we can see the man beating his dog. The animal cried out in heartbreaking pain.https://twitter.com/30millionsdamis/status/842665921047093248Thanks to the images, the Fondation 30 Millions d'Amisstepped in accompanied by law enforcement. When the police arrived, the man refused to let them in, he showed them the dog in agony from his balcony.

Loco was immediately confiscated from his owner, who agreed to give him up to the organization. The dog was transfered to the Tuilerie shelter located in Seine-et-Marne.[caption id="attachment_31440" align="alignnone" width="2560"]

He was probably beaten for a long time and had a number of scars, notably on his ears. "We suspect he was burned with acid," explained the volunteers at the Tuilerie shelter. The Fondation 30 Millions d'Amisfiled charges for this "cruel act" against the owner, the court case is scheduled for September 2017.Loco is available for adoption.
