Taking These Beautiful Photos Of Cats Helped This Photographer Overcome Her Insecurities

Felicity Berkleef had a tough time in high school, where she was bullied all whilst her mother was gravely ill. But when she picked up a camera and started taking these magnificent pictures of cats, the internet's reaction restored her self-confidence.

When Felicity started studying graphic design, she purchased a DSLR and starting posting her photos on Flickr. The wonderfully positive responses to her work made her overcome her deep insecurities about herself.She told the site BoredPanda:

I love taking photos of mostly cats. I see my photography as moody and storytelling, with lots of contrast. Photography has changed my life forever and I’m happy that I can share that with people around the world!
