Pit Bull Abandoned For Being "Too Big" Has The Most Adorable Bedtime Routine At The Shelter

Lupine is an adorable, 66-pound pup, abandoned in August at theArizona Animal Welfare League & SPCA. The tragic reason for her abandon was that she was "too big".Since her arrival at the shelter, Lupine has developed an adorable habit. She curls up in her basket, in her cage, and has a well-deserved nap. Sometimes she takes her blanket with her until she finds the perfect place to sleep, before lying down and snoring loudly.

This pup has become the volunteers' favourite - she is lovable and full of energy. But, sadly, despite all her great qualities, she still has not been adopted. This is often the miserable case for dogs like Lupine - they seem too big, too imposing, too "scary" and because of untrue and negative stereotypes, they are often ignored by potential adopters.

The stress of the situation is starting to weigh down on her and Lupine's behaviour is beginning to change. She is becoming less joyous and drawing into herself more, worrying the volunteers.

So the team decided they were going to do everything to get Lupine adopted.

She even visited a television studio.

The pup was particularly adorable during these outings, and won over the hearts of her volunteers even more.

Lupine is so well-behaved that she even found a job at the shelter. The pup is now an ambassador for big dogs, proving that they are just as adorable as smaller ones. Part of her job is going to schools and other events in the local community.

Thanks to her promotion, this pooch will now live with the owner of the shelter until she, hopefully, finds her forever home. If you live in the area and are looking to adopt a dog, consider the adorable Lupine and contact the Arizona Animal Welfare League & SPCA.
