Laura Kinder, the owner of Kinder4Rescue, is claiming that the Hollywood Couple, Anna Faris and Chris Pratt, adopted a Chihuahua named Pete from her four years ago, and that he has been found in an alarming condition.Pratt, who stared in Blockbusters like Jurassic World and Guardians of the Galaxy, and Faris, from House Bunny, signed a contract upon adoption stating that she would not give her animal away under any circumstances without consulting the shelter, or risk a $5,000 fine.

TMZis reporting that they had decided they could no longer take care of the pup and gave him to "a good home."Someone had found the Chihuahua wandering the streets looking emaciated and brought him to a nearby vet. The veterinarian ran his microchip through the system and found the Kinder shelter and Faris' name.Kinder claims that she has made several calls to Faris who did not return them, so she took to Facebook to air her grievances, in a since deleted post.

A rep for the couple told People Magazine:
Anna is thrilled that the dog has been found, and is ensuring all necessary arrangements are made to bring the dog home.
The shelter has since put Faris on a "do-not-adopt" list and are looking in to taking further legal action against her.
