After Their Shelter Was Ransacked, They Never Expected This Huge Act Of Kindness

On Sunday March 20th, theAnimal Rescue League of New Hampshire shelter, in Bedford, US, was burgled. Their gate was forced open and the thieves robbed over 65 bags of pet food.

Over 700 dollars of their supplies were stolen.This was a huge loss for the association which counts solely on the generosity of private donors.

When one of the volunteers got to work on the morning of the incident, all she found was one half-empty bag of cat food. Shecontacted the policeand shared the CCTV footage, desperate to find those responsible. The shelter then shared the sad news on their Facebook page.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zyBlwBHxw8EBut internet users were so shocked by what had happened, that the news quickly spread across the web. A huge fundraising campaign was launched to replace all of the shelter's lost supplies.The shelter never thought they'd receive this much support...

Within a few hours the shelter had four times more food than had been originally stolen!
